Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Monét Collection for your hair care needs. To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience, I kindly ask all new and existing clients to carefully review the salon policies before your appointment. These guidelines help me maintain a respectful and organized environment while delivering the best possible service to each client.
By booking with Monét Collection, you agree to follow the policies outlined. Thank you for your understanding and support, and I look forward to providing you with exceptional care!
Punctuality:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, it affects other clients who arrived on time. If I still allow you to be serviced, I will complete the on-time client's appointment first before starting yours. This ensures fairness to those who respect the schedule.
If you have somewhere to be, please book a time that aligns with your schedule. It is not fair to rush the service or compromise quality. Plan ahead to ensure we can meet both of our needs.
If you still arrive and I have time, I can take you with a late fee added to your total. If i do not have time, your non-refundable deposit will not be returned, and a new $15 deposit will be required to rebook.
Personal Belongings:
Please limit the possessions you bring to your appointment. This helps maintain a clean and organized workspace.
NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED.
Early Arrivals:
If you arrive early, please send me a message to notify me. I may be finishing a client, eating, or preparing for the day. While I may take you early, please understand you might need to wait until your scheduled time.
Health:
If you are feeling sick, please do not come to your appointment. If you have a runny nose, cough, or any cold-like symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule.
This also includes Nausea and vomiting. The health and safety of my clients, their families, and my own children are my top priority. I strive to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
Rescheduling limit:
You may reschedule up to two times. After that, a new deposit will be required.
Adjustment:
If you need a hair adjustment, please contact me within 72 hours of your service to schedule an appointment. Adjustments requested after this timeframe will require booking a new service.
No-Call/No-Show Policy:
No-call/no-shows will be banned indefinitely unless the missed appointment fee is paid. I send multiple reminders and work hard to accommodate clients. If you cannot attend, notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Emergencies can be discussed.
Same-Day Cancellations:
• 1st time: 50% of the service cost.
• 2nd time: 100% of the service cost.
Blonding and Bleach Services:
First-time clients cannot book blonding or bleach services directly. A consultation and a service called "The Works" (deep condition, wash, blow-dry, trim, silk press, and consultation) are required.
Blonding services may require a double process depending on the desired color. Double-process fees apply and will only proceed if time allows. If not, we will plan for a second session. Please note: quality work, time, and professional materials are not cheap, and services are priced accordingly-
Payment Compliance:
If you are unwilling to pay any fees associated with your appointment, and l am unable to charge the card on file or reach you, I will have no choice but to ban you indetinitely. Maintaining rairness ana protessionalism is essential to the monet collection experience, and l appreciate your understanding or this policy
Respect & Professionalism:
I strive to be kind, accommodating, and professional. If this is not reciprocated, or if my pricing is questioned or disrespected, I reserve the right to refuse service and refer you to another stylist.

If your schedule allows, to ensure you will have an appointment in the future, please rebook before you leave your appointment. This way, you can skip the wait and have a guaranteed slot on my books.
Payment Policy:
Accepted forms of payment are Apple Pay, Cash App, and preferably cash. The booking app will not be used for payments, only deposits. Please plan accordingly.
